Sri Basavaraj educational trust is running the following courses


General Nursing Midwifery

General Nursing Midwifery- It is 3 ½ year course, Sri Basavaraj School of Nursing has been started in the year 2003. Our school of nursing is recognized by INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL (INC), KARNATAKA STATE NURSING COUNCIL (KSNC), KARNATAKA STATE DIPLOMA IN NURSING EXAMINATION BOARD (KSDNEB) and approved by GOVT OF KARNATAKA.



Eligibility –


  • Minimum age for admission will be 17 years (as on 31st December of that year)
  • The upper age limit is 35 years
  • Minimum education is 10+2 class pass with 40% marks
  • 5% relaxation is permitted to SC/ST students.
  • Students shall be medically fit

From our school of nursing already 6 batches of GNM has been passed out with very good percentage of marks and all of them got good job with good salary in all over India and abroad also.

Basic B.Sc Nursing B.Sc(N)

It is 4 year course, Sri Basavaraj College of Nursing has been started in the year 2005. Our school of nursing is recognized by INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL (INC), KARNATAKA STATE NURSING COUNCIL (KSNC), affiliated to RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH AND SCIENCE, BANGALORE (RGUHS ) and approved by GOVT OF KARNATAKA



Eligibility –


  • Minimum age for admission will be 17 years (as on 31st December of that year)
  • Minimum education is 10+2 class pass with Science Subject with 45% marks
  • Students shall be medically fit

From our college of Nursing already 3 batches of B.Sc Nursing has been passed out with very good percentage of marks and all of them got good job with good salary in all over India and abroad also.

DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology)

Medical laboratory science combines the use of sophisticated instruments and techniques with the application of theoretical knowledge to perform complex procedures on tissue specimens, blood samples and other body fluids. The tests and procedures that Medical Laboratory Technologists perform provide critical information enabling physicians to diagnose, treat and monitor a patient's condition.



Eligibility –


HSC passed or equivalent examination from a recognized university or board. Duration of DMLT course is 2 years. There are also other certification courses in lab technicians which needs HSC as the eligibility. DMLT Courses are offered by colleges, universities as well as hospitals. The hospitals are usually affiliated with a college or university.
